Chief Engineer · Inventor of Low-Temperature Rubber Cracking Technology
Zhang Honghai is a senior engineer and the technical inventor behind the low-temperature rubber cracking process and the continuous regeneration rubber production technology. With over 20 years of industry expertise, he has led innovation in waste-tire recycling, regenerative rubber production, and smart manufacturing systems.
Since 2004, Zhang has been deeply involved in rubber recycling R&D — from refining cracking kilns, rubber kneaders and refining mills to building highly efficient automated, low-energy, high-stability regeneration lines. His technical contributions have enabled factories to upgrade into safe, clean and intelligent recycling plants.
Recognized as a leading innovator in China’s recycling equipment sector, with multiple inventions adopted in Shandong, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Xinjiang and overseas markets.
We proudly welcome industry partners, distributors and engineering teams from Japan, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh. Each cooperation reflects our commitment to quality, innovation and long-term global success.
